30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make things right.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have been substantially used. However, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we encourage you to contact us if you experience any issues with your order.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel the order. In such cases, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period.
Please note that certain hygiene and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened, where permitted by applicable law.
